Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Installation of residential appliances (over the range microwaves, gas and electric ranges, built-in dishwashers, hooking up ice makers to refrigerators, washing machines & dryers, ovens, cooktops, etc.) Offloading and spreading of appliances into residential units (Sometimes up stairs) Operate hand and power tools Clean up rubble, debris, and any other materials (empty appliance cartons) to eliminate possible hazards. The CM is responsible for developing and implementing a plan of care appropriate to the member’s clinical condition and psycho/social needs to maximize his/her level of functioning and establishing and maintaining communications with the responsible party of the member.
